Hi everyone,
This is my first post on the forum. I've always been a somewhat 'hypochondriac' for as long as I can remember. But health/generalised anxiety for me has been worse the last few months... Main symptoms are chest pain, dizziness, heat intolerance & many more. I've recently been to the drs as it's the chest pain thats bothering me the most. Had bloods and an ecg and all came back normal. It's hard to believe that this chest pain is purely anxiety? Can our minds really do that? It's so irritating and scary!
