Omg now even my vision is effected ????

Please reply with any vision issues you have experienced from anxiety/panic.
How long did they last? And how can stress and anxiety actually even effect vision??? I’ve done a little googling , I k ow BAD !!!! Now I’m freaking out and don’t see much info out there on anxiety and vision.
