Stopped smoking

Hi its now been 5 days since i stopped smoking and now i am so constipated with awful indigestion and wind,i have ibs c and anxiety which doesnt help ,has anyone else gone through this after giving up smoking?

Well done for giving up Prue.

I so need to give up myself. Are you using anything? Or gone cold turkey? I gave up for 16 months by vaping but started again May 2017 plus i found i never put the ecig down and chain vaped.

I've always said you can only quit smoking once and eventually everyone stops smoking. :D
