I have had a redish bump on my chest for a couple of weeks and i stupidly googled it amd now i have convinced myself i have skin cancer which has left me terrifed. I did pick at it when i thought ot was just a.spot and some.white stuff did come out. I just cant stop worrying. Has anyone had something similar and can help put my mind at ease? Tia
