"It's pooped out on me" I've seen this expression on a few threads with different types of AD's, what exactly does it mean ?

It means the AD stopped working/being effective as it once did, even at higher or max dose. Appears to be common with SSRIs.

Do you feel it's happening to you then?

No, I've been off Sertraline for over a year now, but going to see my GP to go back on them, and was just curious what the expression meant, I thought it was as you described it, just wasn't sure.
