Don't understand...for the past few days I went to sleep, slept fine, but I wake up feeling legitimately like I havent slept at all. Bloodshot eyes, scratchy, watery eyes, tired...exhausted. Does anyone get this? I understand sporadic sleep or interrupted sleep can leave you super tired but I am actually sleeping.
