Can someone reccomend a good medication for anxiety and depression with least side effects

I've never been on medication, but from what I can tell it's a case of trial and error. Different meds work differently for different people.

Exactly. There's a med section here that offers a extensive reference on experiences with the most commonly used drugs to treat anxiety and mental illness. My daughter has been through four in the last 7 years. They got her on Prozac and now that it's kicked in, the difference in her is amazing. My sister has been on the same med for longer so go figure. It's truly best to have an informed conversation with your doctor.
