recently I've been having intermittent feelings of overwhelming dread, not like my normal anxiety. I asked my gp about it, and she said it was probably just a new anxiety symptom, but that it could also be a type of seizure! so I'm getting tested at a local hospital next week. but the possibility freaks me out so much! and today I've been so so soo spaced out (I'm slightly sleep deprived, which may be a contributing factor), things look 2D instead of 3D, and just before I got the really strong feeling of dread. It passed, but I'm still super spacey and anxious! if anyone feels like sharing a similar experience or offering reassurance, it would be much appreciated! x
