I just want to say - that I am so glad I found this site.

I also wanted to say thank you to all the people on here and admin etc, i dont know what I would have done if I hadnt known about this site.:hugs:

I agree. :) :yesyes: If it wasn't for here and the net in general I wouldn't know I'd had a panic attack in the first place. I thought high blood pressure had caused what happened to me (chest pains dizzyness dead legs arm pains etc etc) as that's all the doctor mentioned until I looked it up on the net.
