Hello!

My name is Natalie and i am 23 years old. I have been suffering from Anxiety & Panic Attacks, for the last few months. I am constantly told to get over it and that i am not normal just because i can't cope with being left on my own or most things that happen. I am so glad that i have found this place and people who understand what this is like.
