Good Evening Everybody

What a brilliant site, I have been browsing for a while and have now decided to take the plunge and join.

I have suffered from anxiety for about a year ( - in fact I have been told I have general anxiety disorder with panic attacks, social anxiety disorder, health anxiety disorder and mild depression). I am currently not on meditation although I have begged the doctor, but am having CBT.

My problems started about a year ago after a stressful time at work and then ramped up when I was ill earlier this year.

be thankful that you're not on the meds.



you can do this without them.

educate yourself with the symptoms of anxiety, panic and depression and rid yourself of fear...


then accept that it is gonna happen...


then appreciate that they re there for a reason...



then feel better in yourself that your body is heavily protected and it is showing you what it can do...


it's quite marvelous when ya think about it!!!
