l wouldn't of thought so and if you ate it would of given you food poisoning the chicken has to be infected with salmonella :)

Chicken thigh often looks pink even when cooked, so it could have been that?

ive eaten undercooked chicken many times lol. Within a few hours I run to the bathroom and im fine after.
