Any advice sharp lower back pain

So for 2 weeks ........

I’m 41

I have lower back pain (sharp at times)
Slight lower belly ache (on and off)
Aching testicle (on and off)
Slight Aching in buttock (occasionally)

Anxiety levels are through the roof
Brain function is terrible (memory etc)

My rational brain says Back Problem
My irrational Brain says I have a terminal illness
Google says I have an AAA

Can anybody relate to these symptoms :(
