Need help badly brain tumor

Since June I've been suffering with the following symptoms
Feel like my visions affected
Hearings affected
Can't find the words I want to say
Slurred speech
Memory problems
Concentration problems
Can't multi task or focus
Don't feel with it
Headaches
Varied appetite
Weight loss about 6 pound
I can't tell if all the stress and worry is causing this because I don't feel like I can calm down and stop thinking about it altogether
I was at the doctors Wednesday and she said there's nothing I'm telling her that's worrying enough but I can't believe her because it won't go away

Can anyone relate to this cause I'm really struggling
I feel like I'm not even going to see my own wedding

Please please help

A lot of those symptoms can be attributed to anxiety. Can I ask, are you currently planning a wedding? If so, that’s a hell of a stressful time that can create all sorts of issues. Then the more you focus on them the worse it gets.

It's not until next year and I'm not to focused on it at all because of what I'm going through in my head I wish I could believe I don't have a tumor and see if it Improves but if I don't it won't I guess
