My whole face has broken out in hives

This has never ever happened to me, it seems the heat (hot showers, my own body heat) is making it worse.

My diet has not been good (lots of oil and sugar etc) and I have been stressed out lately, but the state of my face is upsetting me. I dont know how to make them go away and what makes it worse is that I dont know why I have them. It makes me think my body is just breaking down and that terrifies me.

Its ONLY on my face :(

This sometimes happens to my partner when she's severely stressed.

A combination of antihistamines and rest usually helps, but also take more care of your diet.
