Hello everyone. My name is Brooke and I am new to this thread please bare with me. I am struggling with health anxiety. My biggest fear is heart attacks and heart disease. My dad had a heart attack at age 32 and I had an aunt tell me it may be genetic so now I'm freaking out and obsessing over my health. I had check up with family doctor 2 months ago she said I'm perfectly healthy. I know it's good to be aware that some things can be genetic or whatever but I do eat healthy and I'm at a healthy weight I do not drink or smoke. My dad made unhealthy choices not quite sure what that would be that led to his heart attack. I just want reassurance I am fine I don't want to live life in fear. :weep:
