Inositol? Anyone know anything?

Hey everyone! Hope your all well! I have just ordered some inositol 1000mg tablets off amazon and was wondering what’s the deal with them? I want to take them as a natural vitamin to promote healthy wellbeing. I will be taking. Them alongside my grenade thermo boosters to promote weight control and energy to try offset the mirtazapine and quetiapine I take?

Would that be a good strategy?
