Phantom ring (odd feeling)

Hi all,

Just wanted to post before i go to a doctors about it due to panic. I bought a ring and wore it but it turned my skin green so i took it off. I literally wore it for less than a day, but since i bought it, it feels like the ring is still on that finger. Its been a week and i still wake up and it feels like im still wearing it in bed! Has anyone had this sensation? Thanks

Hi

The reason your finger went green was because of the ring being ‘plated’ and your sweat..

It is quite common for you to still feel jewellery when it’s been removed - sometimes I think I’m wearing my watch in the bath then panic and realise I did take it off

Pretty sure it's common. In time it will dissapear.

Why the dr though? What could he do?
