We have been having a few members posting photos within their posts which have been inappropriate for the forum.

As we have members of NMP who are minors and also those who will be offended or triggered by certain things.

There have been pictures of all sorts of bodily fluids and body parts in recent times and they appear to be increasing.

The following is a quick guide to the picture etiquette on No More Panic… (this includes pictures and also links to pictures on hosting sites)........

- Pictures posted on the forum should not be explicit in any nature.

- No pictures of bowel movements of other toilet functions or pictures of the toilet paper after you have been to the toilet.

- Pictures of personal male or female body parts should not be posted

- There should be no pictures of self-harm injuries

- No pictures deemed too gory

If you wouldn’t show the picture to your prudish Grandmother then don’t post it on No More Panic.

The Administrators of No More Panic will make a decision on any picture posted and reserve the right to remove that photo without notice.

I just don't know what's going through their minds when they take a photo & upload a pic of their own poo or go to the trouble of searching Google for a pic of a similar one by someone else!

Another one of the internet's bad qualities, people seem to have even less common sense...

How was a photo of my tooth too goory inappropriate or against any of your rules? How was my tooth scary? Wow however you allow other posts! Slowly starting to get fed up of the censorship on here when I was genuinely looking for reassurance about my tooth

It was a huge picture and not something we want to see thank you. The post was reported to us so we acted on that.

If you don't like the rules then I am sorry but we are not changing them.
