Hey i'm Victoria and i'm 21. I've been told i've got panic disorder as I used to have over 5 panic attacks aday. I don't have them as much but still at least twice a day now. I also suffer with depression which i've had for about 7 years now. I'm hoping to recieve CBT soon. I'm glad my sister told me about this site. Hope I can talk to you people about my problems and help you with yours if I can.:)
