Question about anemia.

Hello gang.

I just wanted to ask a question for those who have had anemia. Especially iron deficiency anemia.
What was your experience with it? Did you lose much weight? Did you get tired easily?

Easily tired, constantly fatigued,
I'm an early riser usually but with anemia I sleep in until about 11, I also get shortness of breath, chest ache, and a spike of low blood pressure when standing.
Got anemia at the moment gonna make a Dr's app tomorrow,
If You're concerned get a GP appointment, everyones symptoms are different :)
