Temazipan

Hi,

Im new here so sorry if i havent followed correct procedures

I have been suffering with really bad anxiety. Was prescribed prozac but it made my anxiety so much worse and today have been switched to serataline. Starting it sunday. Ive also been given temazipan to help me sleep.

My question is my husband and I are going to a hotel for the night on saturday. First time ever having a kid free night - i have a 9 month old and a 3 and a half year old

I want to drink on saturday night as we never have the chance, but if i take a temazipam on friday night am I safe to have a drink on saturday?

Your be fine drinking the day after taking a temazepam, it has quite a short half life so don’t worry you may feel a bit more woozy than normal so it take slow

Thank you so much! I didnt want to ask the doc in case he thought i had a drink problem (which is prob my anxiety)
