Hi im fairly new on this forum so firstly hi!
The problem which I want to share is a little bit related to anxiety and a little bit related to OCD.
I seem to have a bit of trouble with pins and needles. Whenever I get an obsession I have a horrible sensation of pins and needles which sort of feels like my foot is being squeezed. Like I say I get it every time I have an obsession and fluctuates in intensity almost randomly. It is terribly distracting, painful and of annoyance.
I wondered if anyone else has had this strange symptom, can offer any wisdom or tell me why it only occurs in one leg and oh I suppose it might be helpful to also know how to get rid of this symptom?
