Chin spasm/cramp/twitch?

Has anyone ever had it in their chin? Ive never been diagnosed with TMJ, but i do clench my teeth and crack/click along jaw....so not sure if its related.

My chin just feels tight now. Lots of talking and stress at work today.

Had it in my chin for weeks a few months ago. Weirdest feeling ever. It’s gone now :)
