A lot of people on my rabies fear thread posted a lot of things and I'm grateful people are trying to be supportive but my HA has been horrible.
I am Maria and I am a 22 year old woman, I suffer from HA for 6 years now.
And I just kept having these symptoms of feeling faint in the afternoons, constant panic attacks, panic attacks waking me up in the middle of the night with shortness of breath, terrible dissociative episodes (where at one point I started crying cause I told my friend I will fall into the sky).
Then back pains, stomach pains, arm pains and finally got this low grade fever I can't shake off for a week now.
I feel miserable and alone and lately hopeless and as if the whole world changed and I keep counting days and hours till I die fron rabies.
I go to CBT and take regular medication under a doctors care and yet here we are.
Does it ever get better? I can't see a way out of it...
