Loose skin on fingers?

Sorry to be so anxious, but is this normal? The underside of the pinky, ring and middle finger looks loose or saggy, makes me fear that my fingers are thinning out, losing bulk. Pic included

Totally normal. If there wasn't a bit of extra skin we wouldn't be able to bend our fingers, the skin would be too tight.
