Hello - new to this, not new to panic!

Hello,

I just found this website through wikipedia where I was doing some background reading on panic disorder. Great idea whoever is behind this! (I guess I will read the About section in due course)

I was diagnosed with panic disorder over 10 years ago, so I guess I am a bit of an old pro at panic attacks! Been pretty good for a while now, but I still get bad attacks from time to time. Nothing as bad as when I first decided to seek help.

I live in Los Angeles, but I am originally from London.

That's about it from me for now.

I lived in LA for a while (sherman oaks) loved the place wish i still lived there, live back in UK now.
