Voice problems

Does anyone find their anxiety gives them voice problems? Or maybe the summer heat? Sometimes it feels like their is no strength in it. I also have dry throat a lot, feel dehydrated a lot, swallow a lot. It sometimes makes my throat or chest feel tight too.

I read that GERD can give such symptoms too. Ive never been diagnosed with GERD, but I do have GERD-like symptoms (burning, IBS), plus sinus issues.

I don't talk much in general, maybe voice isn't used to being used? Lol.

Its summer so its probably not a cold or flu.

I have asthma, occasional post nasal drip, and I go through periods of my voice being affected.

Plus, you can get colds and the flu in summer. I have one right now. So, it could very well be that.
