Good morning all my friends this morning I went to Wickes store shaky and walking on rubber as usual when i suddenly just for a second or two had a brain zap felt like I was going to fall but didn't,what i would like to know is why did this happen,I carried on and got what I wanted and came home I will go back there tomorrow to see if the same thing happens again,but it has left me a little shaky,thank you just wanted to tell you all,thanks for listening my friends:)

It happened because it's a symptom of anxiety.

You did the correct thing by just carrying on as normal :emot-partyblower:

Great stuff, that's exactly the right thing to do!

It might happen again, it might not, but just carrying on as normal and trying to be mindful is definitely the best way to handle anxiety.

Well done for going back, Aquilega. This happens a lot with me and it's just part and parcel of anxiety as Joe says. Not giving it any significance helps.

Well done for going back! You did exactly the right thing and it sounds like you really benefited from doing so. Shops & supermarkets always seem to set me off if I'm already feeling a bit shaky, I think it's the lighting and the noise for me. Well done on powering through!
