Terrible jaw pain :(

Gey i need some reassurance I keep getting jaw pain and i think it's TMJ but i am obviously worried about it.

Does anyone else get this?

My first thought is... you're clenching at night. Might want to talk to your dentist or dr about ways to stop.

I know I clench and grind at night. When I wake up both sides throb and have a full ache. Nothing crazy but definitely difficult. It feels like they muscles are pulsating and I constantly need to stretch them by opening my mouth. Have no fear! Get a night guard to protect your teeth and try to relax your jaw during the day. Sometimes mine is so sore/tight and vibrating/pulsating that I find it difficult to speak. It’s been going on for about 8 months now on and off. Strangely I find chewing gum helps...but that’s just me.
