Dont understand tinnitus

This is not a symptom i have often, but im trying to understand what it is. Just a few minilutes ago I was in the bathroom and my right ear started to feel full, i became dizzy, and got a slight buzz/ringing in the ear.

Is that what tinnitus is? Ive had ringing in my ears before, but rarely. The dizziness part is what worries me, thats new to me.

And also, i just have to ask, is the whole thing anxiety related?

Any ear fullness can easily cause dizziness because it throws off your balance. So dizziness along with a full ear sounds totally normal. You probably just had a bit of extra fluid in your ear that knocked you off keel for a moment, then you got anxious about it and made it all feel worse.
