Hello, fellow anxious people

Just introducing myself.
I'm Baillie. I've had anxiety since I was a kid, with spikes during my teenage years (when I became claustrophobic) and at university when I developed agoraphobia. I still suffer from both of these to a lesser extent. My problem now is GAD. I think about my anxiety ALL DAY.



I'm currently on Zoloft 150mg. Just stopped Buspar as it didn't help me.
