Cut my finger on bit of a metal ring on my shoe. It was a very small cut and there was the smallest amount of blood but the bleeding had stopped and it acc looks like it has healed. I washed it with warm water and soap and stuck a plaster on it. But I am now worried it will become infected and I might get sepsis. I think this is just anxiety but I'm quite scared
