Bump on chest. Skin cancer?

I'm 22 male and really health anxious. I've had bad skin my whole life so I was never bothered by zits and bumps on my body. However, there's this one bump in the middle of my chest that's about 5mm in diameter and it's been there for months now. Here's pics:

Hi,
I’m actually dealing with the same issue as you right now. Fearing that a red bump on my face (been there for a while) is a skin cancer. But what’s on your chest really looks like a zit to me...especially if you have bad skin. Additionally, ‘underground zits’ deep within the skin can take a long time to heal....Yours could be an ingrown hair too...the pus makes me think so. They take a very long time to go away. I showed the dermatologist mine (and mine looks a lot less like a pimple than yours) and he said mine was fine. So....I wouldn’t stress if I were you.
