cut a long story short, doc has now signed me off work indeffinately due to my hightened anxiety & high bp was 200/110 before he upped my meds and had lowered yesterday and most days but started new tab on top of these yesterday (which ive had before and no problems) and now today mega attacks and 180/106 pulse 118
i have also reduced smoking and alcohol consumption in last 3 eeks and only been over door to docs and chemist
need some help now/reassurance
