Hard painful pimple

Quite a hard pimple with a lot of puss, squeezed some out but it still feels quite hard and like there's more in there but I can't get any more out. It isn't swollen or painful (unless squeezed) I'm just worried what this and when it will go away. Scared it might be an abscess or a pustule. I have since been reading online that I may have MRSA which has sent my anxiety sky rocketing
