it has been an entire month since I last seen my family doctor (or any doctor)!

To many people, they’ll think “so what?!” But this is the longest I’ve went without seeing a doctor (about random symptoms) since December 2017!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still struggling, and I’m really wanting the reassurance from a doctor, but I’m coping!

I’m celebrating with a little pamper session in the house! ☺️

Baby steps towards recovering from this awful health anxiety!

Believe me, I don’t feel strong! I have an armpit lump and a mole that are dominating my thoughts! 😢
But still trying to recognise the achievements no matter how small!:hugs:
