Hi all,

Firstly I must thank you all for all the times I have visited this forum and gained advice from your threads.

I have had horrible awful HA for the longest time and currently diagnosed myself with stage 4 bowel cancer (seems stupid writing it out). Symptoms feel very very real and am waiting to see a gastroenterologist. But I feel I have months left to live.

I've had this worry for about 3 months now, and before this I had diagnosed myself with cervical cancer, and just after that it was a brain tumour. My poor partner!!!!

I decided enough was enough and referred myself to Health in Mind and having intense CBT starting in 2 weeks. Although I have my anxiety mind telling me there is no point as this time I am right about my fears and am actually dying from cancer.

I'm not sure what I was hoping to achieve from sharing this, but just feel proud of myself for taking steps to get my life back.
