I’m having extremely bad issues with anxiety, specially health stuff I guess.
I constantly have palpitation-type feelings and I’m going crazy over it, it’s like I get no breaks from it so all I want to do is sleep and hopefully die. :mad:
I can’t really go out to a doctors office from a bunch of other kinda related anxieties. :doh: I have recentlyish had an ECG and it was clear and helped calm things down for me but they happen again and my brain refuses to acknowledge the results, :lac:
its like I think that from that time to now I’ve suddenly become deathly ill. :scared15:
Does anyone have any tips to calm these kinda symptoms down a bit? Most of the stuff I would normally do isn’t working because I’m just too depressed to do it :weep:
