Avater help..

Hi, I'd like to add my own avater but when I try there is only a pre selected list. How do I add a pic from my pc to use?

Ok, i have just managed to add a picture!! Woohoo. However, i am stumped at how to get an Avater but i have loads on my computer. So nic and the admins i was wondering if i could please have a nice picture of Spongebob square pants as my Avater. Thankyou in advance!xx
