Hi, I had a plastic bag with a bunch of my stuff in it and the outside of the bag touched a wet surface with bird poop earlier, and as I was moving all my stuff from the bag to another one, some of the stuff (like my headphones) also touched the outside of the bag where the bird poop touched.
I’m now worried all the stuff in the bag is ”tainted” with salmonella, especially the headphones, and that I can’t use any of the stuff ever again. I couldn’t see any visible stains of bird poop on the bag, but nonetheless. Does anyone know how easy it is to get salmonella from bird poop? Could it happen through something like this?
