So I recently a few weeks ago washed my hair with a shampoo and was fine no issues today I wished it again with the same shampoo but now my head really itches not all the time just random deep itches I'm terrified of an allergic reaction one that will close my throat I know I've used it before and nothing happened so would one now? I'm so worried I can breathe my throat just feels a little tight from anxiety x
