Bad pain between shoulderblades

I woke up today with a bad pain between my shoulderblades, more to the left side. The pain is pretty bad especially when i move, had it all day.. I looked on google and it says it can be a sign of a heart attack??


I don't think it's that tho as it gets a 100 times worse upon movement.. does anyone know any way to relief this?

I have had that before its muscle tension from Anxiety it can be really painful I'm suffering with my neck at the moment.
