hi so i'm new to the forums and i suffer from really bad anxiety and depression.
recently i've become terrified of the slightest aches or twitches i feel. now i think i have pgad. before that i thought i had colon cancer and a prolapsed bladder. i've read that health anxiety can make you feel symptoms even though you don't really have any problems? i really hope that's the case. i'm only 17 and all of this is making me feel terrible. i can't concentrate on my homework and stuff. i was thinking talking to people with similar worries will give me some relief. :weep:
