Hi all, I made an account quite a few years ago and didn't post anything.
Since my anxiety and OCD has been affecting my life I thought I should join a community to talk about my problems and see if that helps.
My name is Tom, I am from Kent in England. I am 30 years old and have Autism.
I get obsessive thoughts and have anxiety of all different types(social, health etc..), it's so hard to stop my mind from racing 100/mph about certain things.
Hopefully talking about my problems and seeing other peoples problems will help and it would be great if I could help others too. :)
