10days headache, not constant

Hi, i am 38 yrs old woman, no healthy problem, only s bit og anxiety :-) now it is 10 days when i sometimes (10x per day) feel a bit pressure or itching, not pain i would say, in the back of my head, only left side, and more up than down.i sleep well, dont feel it.my back and neck are bit blocked, yesterday i had a massage, so the woman there confirmed it.i cant turn my head/neck conpletely, only few degrees.in june i eas by neurologist, she told me my back is blocked but everything else ok.
I am very scared if it couldnt be a brain tumor:-(
Did anyone else have headache in one area 10days long?

I've had a headache that lasted off and on for like months one time.

I have had this for just over a week now I think its just tension since its easing off now thankfully.
