After 15 months of being anxiety free it is back with a vengeance. After being curled up on my sofa for 2 weeks I took myself to gp & decided to try Sertraline again. I have just taken my 4th dose & am feeling the dreaded increased anxiety, my muscle are soooo tense stiff but I feel this is a result of sitting in a anxious heap for 2 weeks. On the positive side I have managed to eat some yogurt & a apple today after being without my appetite for 2 weeks. It has been good to read others experiences of this to give me hope at the moment. Heres hoping it will work it’s magic.
