Today i felt a small lump in one of my testicle, it felt like a bunch of veins shaped like a small ball around 1cm located on top part the scrotum ( toward stomach) , what doctor should i visit?

See your GP, but don't sweat it too much. Sounds like a cyst to me, which are very common and in the location you mentioned. I literally lost sleep over it when I found the "lump" and my GP took one quick feel, said "it's a cyst, you are good." That was 20 years ago, it is still there, and obviously not deadly. They commonly form at the base of the vas deferens.

Please read the below message from Admin. You are posting about a lot of different things frequently. Perhaps start a thread where you can keep all of your worries in one place.

Can posters, especially those who are posting a lot about a variety of fears please confine their posts to one thread.

This helps others to build up a clear picture of what is happening and makes it easier to offer suitable advice.

You may not see the pattern but usually it is there, especially if you are posting frequently about different things.

Your co-operation with this would be greatly appreciated.

You can't be diagnosed on here for this, although the doctor to see is either your GP or Urologist.

I'm very confident what you're suffering from is what are known as Varicoceles. These feel like loose worms in the scrotum. This is completely benign. They are usually located above the testicle, like you describe, especially in the left testicle. They are simply veins that become abnormally large.

Good luck. Your Doctor can reassure you of this

I’m sure your balls are fine.
