hi ,

ive just had my lunch and i started to feel a bit uncomfortable in the chest area , and started to get anxious , i know i'm fine but im anxious, uptight and just want to feel comfortabke again.

any good breathing techniques to calm down and loosen up?

Defo belly breathing! i went for months with an inhaler before finding out i wasn't asthmatic and was just breathing using my chest.
