Hello all...I am a usually pretty health 26 year old female. About 4 years ago I went through extreme stress...stress like almost being homeless and almost losing my mother...I had a hundred things going on in life but in March of 2014 I woke up after all the stress and everything was bright like I was In a dreamlike state..I felt dizzy and unbalanced. I felt as though I almost was about to pass out after having it for a few days which sent me to to ER. They diagnosed me with an inner ear disorder which should have went away within a few weeks. Its like my brain was thrown into constant derealization and has been this way since 2014...anxiety makes it worse of course so I try to not panic...anyway has anyone ever had experience with something like this? Derealization lasting for years? But also some have said it could be silent migraines...
